Our policies
Returns policies:
- General items from our Office Supply or Electronics sections may be returned within 15 days of purchase if defective or unopened, with receipt and packaging.
- No returns on Software, movies, music, punctured ink cartridges, PC systems, printers or monitors.
- No returns on special orders. (products which we do not normally stock in our inventory)
WARRANTY * Computer hardware (parts & systems) are warrantied for 1 year against manufacturing defects. Manufacturers warranty may extend longer. Please register your purchase with its manufacturer.
* For notebook purchases, we will deal with the manufacturer on your behalf, as a value-added service.
* Software is never covered under warranty, as Microsoft privides no warranties for Windows. Virus and Malware infection will require a removal which is billable at our standard rates.

Computers are our passion, and we give you the quality of service and value of product as we'd expect ourselves.We offer many different computers and laptops, and we're always working hard to provide you with machines that will work for you. When you bring in your computer to be repaired, feel at ease. We treat each computer with the respect it deserves, and go the extra mile to make sure you understand and are comfortble with our work.
Art Supplies
Whether you're shopping for yourself, a friend, a child, or a classroom, we have what you want. We have pens and crayons, paint supplies, markers, colouring pencils, pastels, and many things to make your project sparkle. There are so many interesting paper projects, glitters, and folding papers, that we can't possibly list all of them, so please check us out in store, or contact us if you're looking for something in particular.
Cables
If you're looking for a particular HDMI cable, or looking for the cable to make your stereo working, we're here to help with our knowledge and a variety of cables in all sizes and types. Our Tech Wizards can advise you on getting your home entertainment system running, or provide service calls. If you know exactly what you need, contact us and we can put aside the cable until you pick it up. If you're having trouble understand what cable you need, you can contact us and we'll do our best to make your life easier.
Cell Phones
We are an authorized Bell retailer, as well as selling Telus Pay and Talk cards. We like to match you with the phone that will best meet your lifestyle, and we have several phones here on disply, and can get you every phone available from Bell except for iPhones.
If you have a cell phone you'd like to protect, we offer holsters, screen protectors, and cases. If it's not in stock, we can order it for you.
Looking for adapters? We carry adaptors for wall plugs, and for cars, and we have a wide selection in store, and the tech savvy to solve your problems
Games
Do you like playing games on a console or computer? We do!
We can order in any game you'd like, or we have a selection in stock for you to browse. Our Sales Associates are gamers too, and it's our pleasure to share our opinions on the latest and greatest games, as well as the classic console masterpieces. We have X-Box, PS2/PS3, and Wii as well as computer games for macintosh or pc.
Looking for hardware to support your gaming lifestyle? We have joysticks and gamepads, and quality mice and keyboards, with features for comfort as well as coolness.
Ink and Toner
We carry ink anad toner for Epson, Brother, Lexmark, and HP printers and fax machines. There's a selection, and our sales associates are always ready to lend a hand to help you make sure you get the right ink or toner for your printer.
We have ink for calculators and other devices, and we can order in label printers, or specialty ink. If we don't have it, we can order it.
Office Supplies
As you can see, we have office supplies in a wide range of styles and levels, from schoolkid pencilbags to professional calculators. We offer a wide selection of stationary, and you're welcome to come in and browse, or send us an email if you're looking for a special brand or bulk purchases.
If you're looking for paper, or post-its, or special label printing paper, we carry those too. We have photo quality paper, as well as specialty t-shirt printing papers or pre-cut business card paper.
